Nestled in the picturesque hills of Mezzomerico, Enrico Crola’s agriturismo offers a unique opportunity to savor the rich flavors of Nebbiolo wines from the Colline Novaresi region. Begin your visit with a leisurely stroll through our vineyards, where traditional winemaking techniques meet modern technology, resulting in exceptional wines. After your walk, enjoy a guided tour of our cellars, where you’ll find steel tanks, French oak barrels, and rows of bottles resting on yeasts. Our knowledgeable staff will share the captivating enological history of Alto Piedmont and the various expressions of Nebbiolo produced by our winery. Taste our Metodo Classico, crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes vinified as rosé and aged for at least 50 months on yeasts. You’ll also sample our Duemila9, Rosé, Vermouth, and Grappas, alongside three indigenous grape varieties, each showcasing the unique characteristics of their harvests. The tasting takes place in one of our cozy dining rooms, Tralcio or Acino, paired with local delicacies and homemade finger foods or a complete tasting menu. At the end of your visit, you’ll have the chance to purchase your favorite wines to take home. COSTS: 35€/person for an aperitivo, 3-glass wine tasting, and cellar tour. 60€/person for the agriturismo tasting menu, 4-glass wine tasting, and cellar tour.

We arrived just as the lunch time began, without prior planning, and were treated to impeccable service, amazing wine, and a four-course tasting menu that was unbelievably enjoyable. Add to that our server’s excellent English and a fantastic view of the vineyards, and it just can’t get better!

Top location, the lounge with windows overlooking the Mezzomerico hills is truly spectacular. We dined on Saturday evening; there were four of us. We opted for the farmer's tasting menu, offering a choice of two first courses and two second courses. The menu consisted of an appetizer, a first course of your choice between gnocchi with Gorgonzola and a Nebbiolo reduction made with it, and classic lasagna with meat sauce. A second course of your choice between roasted capon and pork coppa with seasonal vegetables. To finish, a dessert of your choice between sbrisolona with gianduia, candied orange, and panbrioche with Marsala and mascarpone. For my first course, I had Gorgonzola gnocchi, a delight for the palate; I found them very tender, and I really appreciated the Nebbiolo reduction. My husband, on the other hand, had the delicious classic lasagna with meat sauce. The four of us had the capon as our main course; I found it tender. To finish our dinner, we ate both the sbrisolona and the panbrioches. We enjoyed a bottle of Duemila9, a 100% Nebbiolo, from their production. The price is not excessive; the four of us spent a total of €144. I didn't think the price of the bottles of wine was excessive. Some of the dishes are probably borderline a tasting menu. From the menu, I saw that there's also the option of an aperitif; an interesting suggestion, definitely worth trying another time. And especially in summer, there's also the option of dining directly among the vines for a small additional charge; a nice idea.

Highly recommended company: it is superfluous to describe the quality and experience we have every time we come here for lunch. Attentive, helpful and knowledgeable staff, the dishes are always prepared and I am personally surprised when they manage to enhance even apparently simple products. I really appreciate the possibility of ordering a bottle of wine and, if there is any left over, being able to take it home. And then... shall we talk about how beautiful the place is? Absolutely one of my favorite places in the area.

Winery with farmhouse on the hills of Mezzomerico. A really well-kept place, with the possibility of dining between the rows in summer. We chose it to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. Well-composed menu with carefully prepared dishes and excellent wines. Particular praise goes to the classic rosé method. Recommended both for the celebration of special occasions and for a romantic dinner. Excellent prices in relation to the quality offered.

Very friendly staff. The only mistake was that I was expecting a telephone contact, which didn't happen, but that doesn't matter because I clarified my wishes by email and they were definitely taken into account upon arrival. The food is excellent, there is absolutely nothing to complain about, starting with the bread, the appetizers with cheese and cold cuts, the menu, the first courses, the second courses, the desserts and even the wonderful children's menu. The wines are delicious and definitely worth tasting, among other things the glasses are generously filled. The price may seem high, but if you take a quick look at the quality and quantity of the food and the service, you are very happy to pay because many things are included in the price. I also recommend a visit to the cellar, super interesting, well-trained staff. Among other things, wonderful location, well-kept, clean. I didn't find anything that didn't satisfy me and it is absolutely recommended and worth a try. Please contact them beforehand by phone or email because they rightly only work by reservation. Optimal. Thank you for everything.
