Do you want to indulge in unique wine tasting activities? Pay a visit to the Eraldo Viberti winery and enjoy the beautiful countryside while sipping luscious wines. During your stay, the staff will offer you five best wines of the estate, along with exceptional wine-food pairing. Usually, they combine wines with local products of the Langhe region, such as cold cuts and cheeses.
The tour also includes a guided visit to vineyards. While roaming in between the vine rows, the guide will explain the annual circle of grape cultivation and the owner’s choice of vines. As you visit the cellar, the winery representative will explain the wine production stages from fermentation in steel tanks to aging and refining in barrels, and then finally bottling.
