At Eraldo Viberti Winery, Grapes are Processed with the Utmost Care
The management of Eraldo Viberti Winery began in the 1960s and today the second and third generations of this winemaking family run the winery. Over the years, the cellar has undergone many changes. The owner combines conventional methods of viticulture, along with innovative techniques. He keeps the Dolcetto wines in the steel tanks and Barbera wines in wooden barriques and let them store for twenty months. For Nebbiolo and Barolo, he uses barrels and keeps them stored for thirty months so that the organoleptic characteristics of wines remain intact.
