Crafting Exceptional Wines in Piedmont's Langhe Region for Over 50 Years
Recent Organic Certification
Nestled among the picturesque hills of Langhe, Eraldo Viberti Winery is located in a charming courtyard within a quaint Borgata, surrounded by a few rustic country houses. The winery, rooted in family tradition, is passionately managed by its owner, who is dedicated to transforming grapes into exquisite wines. Since 2018, Eraldo Viberti has proudly held organic certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable practices.
Meticulous Grape Processing
Founded in the 1960s, Eraldo Viberti Winery is now run by the second and third generations of the Viberti family. Over the years, the winery has evolved, blending traditional viticulture with modern techniques. Dolcetto wines are aged in steel tanks, while Barbera wines mature in wooden barriques for twenty months. For Nebbiolo and Barolo, the winery uses barrels, allowing them to age for thirty months, preserving their unique organoleptic qualities.
Authentic Langhe Wines
Covering six hectares, the vineyards at Eraldo Viberti Winery are home to classic grape varieties native to the Langhe region, including the fruity Dolcetto, robust Barbera, and high-quality Nebbiolo. The owner employs ancient grassing-down techniques to enhance the soil's health. During the harvest, the dedicated staff hand-selects the finest grape bunches, ensuring the production of remarkable wines. Eraldo Viberti Winery is known for its outstanding red wines, proudly labeled under Barolo-Langhe DOCG and DOC.
