During your stay, the staff will offer you their wines from the portfolio, accompanied by charcuterie and grilled bacon. The friendly staff will give you a detailed description of their wines and the grapes they used to make them.
Your journey in La Casetta also includes a guided visit to vineyards where you can enrich your knowledge about various cultivation stages and characteristics of the soil and terroir. As you move forward to the cellar, you can explore the wooden barrels and barriques where they keep their wines for aging and refining. The staff will answer all your questions about all wine production phases, ranging from the fermentation to bottling.
