The property is in a very beautiful location for enjoying the sea and the beautiful landscapes, villages and cities of art. The apartments are equipped with all comforts. The wonderful park, the large swimming pool and the play areas offer pleasant hours. The owners are attentive and friendly. Cleanliness is taken care of, both in the apartments and in the common areas. The herb garden is the icing on the cake.

Very well maintained structure, in a wonderful natural setting, immersed in the Marche hills just a few minutes from the sea of ​​Marotta. What impressed me is the total tranquility and absence of noise, considering that the main roads are far away. The owners Valeria and Alessandro are exquisite people, with a courtesy and availability that go beyond the normal relationship between hotelier and customer; they are friends who really make you feel at home. We stayed in an apartment on the first floor, consisting of a kitchen, spacious bathroom, large bedroom, attic with two more beds and a covered terrace where you can comfortably dine or sunbathe, complete with everything: large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner cooker, plates, cutlery, glasses and crockery, a large wardrobe and period drawers where you can store everything comfortably. Highly recommended for a week of total relaxation.

It was a wonderful holiday and Valeria and Alessandro are great hosts! The whole property is extremely well maintained and the apartments are top notch! We were 2 families with 3 dogs and 5 children (including 2 teenagers) and everyone felt very comfortable! The pool is huge and is cleaned every day! It's about 10 minutes by car to the sea! We'll definitely come back, it was just great for people and animals! Thank you again for 2 great weeks!

Our two weeks' holiday with Valeria and Sandro were over far too quickly. The warm and friendly nature of the two is remarkable! The apartment is well equipped with everything. We enjoyed breakfast on the large covered balcony, later we relaxed in the shade under an olive tree or refreshed ourselves in the swimming pool! The sea with its beautiful sandy beach is only a few minutes' drive away. The animal world is also very remarkable, the colorful "bee-eaters", the "hoopoe" and the nightingale delight every animal lover! Dogs are also very popular at the agriturismo: our Sissi loved it here! We hope to be able to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

The Agriturismo San Martino is located on a beautiful, quiet property, embedded in the Marche countryside. The complex is very well maintained and lovingly laid out. The holiday apartments are well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Valeria and Sandro are very friendly and helpful! We have already been there twice as a family and will definitely come back.
