Very well maintained structure, in a wonderful natural setting, immersed in the Marche hills just a few minutes from the sea of ​​Marotta. What impressed me is the total tranquility and absence of noise, considering that the main roads are far away. The owners Valeria and Alessandro are exquisite people, with a courtesy and availability that go beyond the normal relationship between hotelier and customer; they are friends who really make you feel at home. We stayed in an apartment on the first floor, consisting of a kitchen, spacious bathroom, large bedroom, attic with two more beds and a covered terrace where you can comfortably dine or sunbathe, complete with everything: large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner cooker, plates, cutlery, glasses and crockery, a large wardrobe and period drawers where you can store everything comfortably. Highly recommended for a week of total relaxation.

It was a wonderful holiday and Valeria and Alessandro are great hosts! The whole property is extremely well maintained and the apartments are top notch! We were 2 families with 3 dogs and 5 children (including 2 teenagers) and everyone felt very comfortable! The pool is huge and is cleaned every day! It's about 10 minutes by car to the sea! We'll definitely come back, it was just great for people and animals! Thank you again for 2 great weeks!

Our two weeks' holiday with Valeria and Sandro were over far too quickly. The warm and friendly nature of the two is remarkable! The apartment is well equipped with everything. We enjoyed breakfast on the large covered balcony, later we relaxed in the shade under an olive tree or refreshed ourselves in the swimming pool! The sea with its beautiful sandy beach is only a few minutes' drive away. The animal world is also very remarkable, the colorful "bee-eaters", the "hoopoe" and the nightingale delight every animal lover! Dogs are also very popular at the agriturismo: our Sissi loved it here! We hope to be able to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

The Agriturismo San Martino is located on a beautiful, quiet property, embedded in the Marche countryside. The complex is very well maintained and lovingly laid out. The holiday apartments are well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Valeria and Sandro are very friendly and helpful! We have already been there twice as a family and will definitely come back.

Beautiful apartments in a house surrounded by nature, wonderful location, the structure is very well cared for inside and outside, the owners are very kind and helpful. The apartments are furnished with style and love, outside the swimming pool and the many spaces to play are ideal for adults and children (football, ping pong, volleyball, basketball, table football...). Around the structure you can take beautiful walks, the sea is a 20 minute drive away and there are beautiful white roads for bike rides. We can't wait to go back.

We stayed 10 days and enjoyed our holiday so much. Everything was simply perfect. We liked the region, the food, the wine, the beautiful villages and your lovely house and ground. We will come back. Thank you Valeria & Alessandro, you were so friendly.

The property is in a very beautiful location for enjoying the sea and the beautiful landscapes, villages and cities of art. The apartments are equipped with all comforts. The wonderful park, the large swimming pool and the play areas offer pleasant hours. The owners are attentive and friendly. Cleanliness is taken care of, both in the apartments and in the common areas. The herb garden is the icing on the cake.

The agriturismo is in a very quiet location and is only 4 kilometers from the sea. Beautiful pool and nice, well-equipped apartments. Well-kept gardens and Valeria and Sandro are very friendly hosts. We will definitely be coming back to San Martino for our sixth vacation. Greetings from Tyrol

The structure is situated in a very charming landscape, between hills and just a few kilometres from the sea, and is welcoming and equipped with all the comforts for a peaceful and totally relaxing stay. Ideal for families who do not like chaos or for those who have dogs. Dogs are welcome without any problem and can access everywhere. The owners are courteous and attentive. The apartments were clean and well maintained. The farmhouse is truly a corner of paradise. You should try it.

Great holiday apartment, in a beautiful location with very warm and friendly landlords. The entire complex, including the pool, is very well maintained, beautifully designed and inviting. Our holiday apartment "Melaverde" was no exception here, it was also very well maintained and the beds had firm, good mattresses. The kitchen included: 4-burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, toaster, dishwasher and a television. Unfortunately, there were no English or German channels available on the television other than the pure news channels. Every morning the landlady was available to answer questions or, in bad weather, even made suggestions for activities in the area. We would just like to make one small suggestion for improvement: the lighting inside the apartment should be improved. Especially at the time of our trip, in autumn, it was very dark in the apartment and a little more light would have been good. Overall, we felt very comfortable and welcome and can definitely recommend this accommodation!

My wife and I were visiting Le Marche on the occasion of my friend's 60th birthday party. He and his wife had booked us here to stay for 5 nights. It also happened to be the grounds for his birthday bash. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will remember it for many years to come.k Agriturismo San Martino is a country villa AND working farm. This lends it an authenticity that is rare among vacation "resorts". Each suite is really an independent apartment with a full kitchen. We would advise that you stock up on some rudimentary food supplies before settling in so that you can prepare a nice leisurely breakfast and/or any other meals that you will want on site. I am a swimmer so naturally took advantage of their salt water pool each morning at 8am. I would advise to have a car at your disposal so that you'll have the independence to explore the region and inumerable local towns. The owners, Valeria and Alessadro, were very accomodating and always available for advise. Mountain bikes are at the ready for those seeking to attack the rolling hills surrounding. We made a point to take away a couple of liters ofbtheir own virgin olive oil to be reminded of this beatiful land upon our return to New York. Enjoy your stay!

Arriving at San Martino is a surprise. First of all:thank you for the signs along the road, it's easy to find. When you are at the end of a road and at the top of a mountain there is this roadblock, only guests van come in, safe!! When you are passed this roadblock you look down and there is this wonderfull house with a Large pool in front of it and surrounded by this huge garden, soccerfield, herbs, flowers, lawns and more. You will probably be greeted and installed by Salvatore, a very kind and helping Italian who speaks very good German. The apartments are all pretty large and Valeria, the co-owner, had filled them all with tastefull antiques from the Marche. You just let your suitcases fall and take a relaxing dive at the beautiful pool. If all the apartments are full there are 7 coupes or families, nevertheless If everyone was at the pool at the same time, there are still more than enough beds, chairs or privacy. The owners Alessandro and Valeria are warm and nice people, they are there every morning at least and together with Salvatore they do everything to give you the time of your live. The agriturismo is situated in a very quiet place where it's more than beautiful. However, in 15 minutes max you are at the beach. We loved to take the car and just drove around, all those very small and sleeping villages around San Martino. You wouldn't think you were in a touristic area so close to the sea. In the apartment is a little book with lots of information about restaurants and other useful places. WE have been in so many places, all over the world, San Martino is in our top 3, we will definately return. Only a small note: it would be nice to have the internet working also inside the apartments, outside and at the the pool it's perfect and fast. And for the small apartments also a larger refridgerator. But other than that: just perfect.
