The wine tasting begins in our vineyard with a description of the Jerusalem wine region, the size of the vineyards, the soil, the climate and the method of vineyard cultivation and grape production. Then we introduce the cellar and the method of vinification (10-15 min). The wine tasting includes 10 wine samples and is led by Miro or Gregor (90 min).
