I was very impressed by the tasting in Vipavski Križ, the tour was short, but extremely pleasant. The location is definitely worth a visit, and the wine selection was really interesting. In addition, we enjoyed delicious salamis and cheeses.

I took part in a wine tasting with the basics of wine knowledge in Vipavski križ. I can say that the guide and sommelier Patrik prepares an excellent presentation and atmosphere, and the town itself is worth a visit. I recommend it, 5 stars!

Wine Tasting Slovenia offers a truly unique experience in an astonishing renovated ancient cellar, with well selected local wines and high standard salami and cheese, presented in a vary friendly yet professional way, with short and efficient videos from every producers at every glass. Definitely the place to be once in the valley, either for tourists who want to bring a nice memory of Slovenia back home; and for locals who want to taste something different and spend an alternative night in the dynamic heart of Vipava Valley. It offers many options according to taste and budgets, so it is surely a place to return on different occasions and times of the year. Strongly recommended.
