Venture off the beaten path and let yourself be guided into the heart of the Madonie Regional Natural Park, to Gangi, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. Here, we practice true "heroic viticulture": our vineyards are suspended on steep slopes, embraced by an extreme climate that ranges from freezing winters to scorching summers. This unique microclimate is the birthplace of our Premium Tasting: an exclusive experience designed for true connoisseurs and anyone wishing to discover the purest soul of Sicilian winemaking. You will be welcomed to our estate for a stroll immersed in the greenery. We will share our story, one of passion, hard work, and profound respect for biodiversity and for this generous yet demanding land. Together, we'll visit the places where grapes are transformed into wine, revealing the secrets of the winemaking and aging processes that allow our high-altitude vines to fully express their potential. Seated in an enchanting atmosphere, we'll immerse ourselves in the heart of the experience with a tasting of our select fine wines. Our glasses will be accompanied by a platter of local specialties, specially chosen to enhance, contrast, and complement the aromatic notes of each wine.

Tenuta San Giaime is located in the Madonie area in Gangi in the province of Palermo. The unique climatic conditions and the peculiarity of the soil makes each of their wines very special. Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Nerello Mascalese and Grillo have their own souls and flavours. The vineyard and estate are beautiful, wine tasting was delicious and makes you discover a part of Sicily you would not know. The family is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at home.

Julia and Salvatore were such great host for a fantastic tour of their garden and vineyards. We were shown their production now and their new place where future production and tasting will take place. They let my 8 year old little sister borrow their pool while we took a tour of their place and we ended with a tasting of three of their wines and a little spread of cheese and other delicacies. They offered us to sent their wine to Denmark as we were traveling with plane. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will gladly visit again:)
