Explore Veneto: Gourmet Tasting at Contrà Soarda

Discover our wines with a guided tasting of your choice, followed by a traditional meal in our restaurant.
When booking, your group must choose between two tasting options (the same tasting must be selected for all participants):
– Tasting 1: A journey through our sparkling, white, and red wines:

• Shindy Rosé Sparkling Wine: a pink sparkling wine with hints of raspberries, currants and wild strawberries. Simple and fresh on the palate, with varietal and fruity notes. Fine and persistent bubbles 

• Soarda Vespaiolo (White Wine): a pale yellow white wine with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, enriched with a hint of freshly cut grass. Fresh on the palate with a hint of acidity. 

• Gaggion Marzemino nero (Red Wine): a ruby red wine with hints of red fruits, spices and a herbaceous note. On the palate, it is juicy, simple and pleasant, with rough but not intriguing tannins that leave the palate feeling fresh.  

– Tasting 2: A vertical tasting of our Vespaiolo wine:

• Soarda Vespaiolo (White Wine) – Fresh and citrusy, with notes of lemon, grapefruit, and freshly cut grass.
• Vignasilan (White Wine) – A single-vineyard selection aged on the lees, offering complex aromas of hydrocarbons, citrus, and white truffle, with a saline, mineral texture.
• 121 b.C. Vespaiolo (Orange Wine) – A natural, skin-contact Vespaiolo, spontaneously fermented with no added sulfites. Deep orange color with notes of honey, orange peel, and sweet spices, balanced by excellent acidity.

After the tasting, enjoy either lunch or dinner with a full menu including a first course, main course, dessert, water, house wine, and coffee – all included in the price.
