Discover Vignaioli Contrà Soarda, where volcanic soils shape organic vineyards and a bio-architectural cellar ensures sustainable wine production. With a family heritage dating back to 1904, the estate is deeply rooted in the territory and its culinary traditions, complemented by its own restaurant, Pulierin Enotavola.
This exclusive tasting highlights Contrà Soarda’s finest wines, paired with home-grown cured meats and artisanal cheeses. Served on a “doga,” a reused wine barrel stave, the selection includes Asiago, Bastardo del Grappa and goat cheese aged with grape marc, Rendena beef cured meats raised on the estate, and bruschetta with Pomèa extra virgin olive oil.
The tasting includes three Vespaiolo wines:
- Soarda Vespaiolo (white wine) – Fresh and citrusy, with notes of lemon, grapefruit, guava and freshly cut grass.
- Vignasilan (white wine) – A single-vineyard selection aged on the lees, offering complex aromas of hydrocarbons, citrus and white truffle, with a saline, mineral texture.
- 121 BC Vespaiolo (orange wine) – A skin-macerated Vespaiolo, spontaneously fermented without temperature control and bottled without the addition of sulphites. Deep orange color with notes of honey, orange peel and sweet spices, balanced by excellent acidity.

It's charming on the outside, but it's also very cute and tender on the inside. We ate very well and the wines they offered us to accompany the dishes were excellent. The staff was attentive and super courteous. Truly an exceptional experience.

Contrà Soarda is an exceptional spot and a must-visit in Bassano del Grappa! The cheeses and salami were outstanding, making for an excellent aperitif with friends. The view is absolutely stunning, enhancing the whole experience. The atmosphere at Contrà Soarda is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying high-quality food and drinks with good company. The attention to detail and the quality of the products really set this place apart. If you’re ever in Bassano del Grappa, do yourself a favor and visit Contrà Soarda. It’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy amazing food with a breathtaking view.

Just 5 minutes from Bassano you will find a wonderful place with a breathtaking view! Immersed in the greenery between hills, vineyards... excellent for an aperitif, with the matching dinner the result is a dream evening. Divine dinner with refined dishes with attention to detail, quality and price appropriate to the location. I recommend the Musso red wine, very fruity and full-bodied, to accompany a second course of meat.
