Located in Piesport this beautiful in the finest region of Mosel. We happened to drive through here and it was highly recommended that we try Weingut Hoffman-Simon Riesling. We had the pleasure to be greeted and hosted by Dieter Hoffman, who was friendly, and took the right amount of time to explain about his Riesling and the process of making them. There was not one Riesling that we didn't like. Dieter riesling can be pair up with vegetable dishes, but if you are like me, I have good riesling with any food, and Dieter riesling are great to enjoy with any food, and for any occasion. Beautiful minerality, light, fruity, earthy. An absolute pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet Dieter and try his amazing Riesling. Please, if you are in Piesport, Germany, make this your stop, and try their riesling and don't go without buying the riesling.
