Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Beautiful freshness, rich and floral aroma with notes of white pulp fruit (golden apple and green apple), balsamic notes (pine and juniper) and white flowers; soft and harmonious flavor with a persistent and velvety aftertaste.
Pairing: Recommended as an aperitif with appetizers; excellent with risottos, first courses in general and with any fish-based dish.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
