HERE ARE THE 4 STAGES OF YOUR VISIT:
1) THE ROSÉ VOCATION
When you arrive from Podere dei Folli there will be me (Davide) or Pietro waiting for you and welcoming you!
You will be able to park your car in the courtyard in front of the showroom without problems.
After introducing ourselves, I will explain the rosé vocation of the territory and the company thanks to 5 pictorial plates designed by the famous Tuscan illustrator Gianluca Folì.
2) WALK IN THE VINEYARD
After the explanation we will leave for the most prestigious vineyard of the Folli family, where an exciting experience awaits us, just 5 minutes away by car.
The plot is among the highest production areas in Valtènesi. There we will find a breathtaking panorama where we can admire the moraine hills in all its beauty. I'm sure the view will enchant you and will make you want to immortalize it with a photo. In the meantime I will tell you about the working method based on biodiversity without the use of pesticides, how the company was born and the native vine of the area.
The walk will not be anything challenging, but I still recommend you wear comfortable shoes.
3) VISIT TO THE CELLAR
It will then be time to visit the cellar, the place where the sweet must is transformed and gives life to our beloved wine!
The structure is a farmhouse from the 1700s inside a small medieval hamlet called Müra. Here I will explain where the characteristic pink color of rosé wines comes from.
During the visit I will show you the philosophy and winemaking techniques we use to produce our rosé wine.
4) TASTING
We will then move on to the most interesting part, the tasting!
Once you return to the showroom I will guide you to discover our iconic wines:
-Bèspoi, the silk bubble
-Preafète, the company's most iconic wine also known as the wine of a night.
-Vegna, known as the Pinot Noir of Valtènesi.
The tasting will be accompanied by typical local cured meats and cheeses.
- Charcuterie platter with Brescia salami, Coppa Divina and local bacon.
- Platter of cow's milk cheeses with floralpina refined in thyme and juniper, formaggella valsabbia, bagoss.
- Honey from our production (we personally take care of the bees and hives found in our vineyard)
- Artisanal breadsticks from our trusted baker: the “Panificio Turrina Angelo” in Manerba.
- Giardiniera (mixed sweet and sour vegetables)
- Grilled vegetables in oil (mixed vegetables)
