Visitors will be able to learn more about the Colli Bolognesi by visiting the vineyards and the cellar; we will tell you about our local varieties and how the Metodo Classico is made. Then they will taste 4 of our wines (chosen together, based on their preferences) and local and artisanal food. Crescentine, mortadella, salami, other cured meats, cheeses... a journey into Bolognese cuisine!
Our tasting room is welcoming and panoramic, so they can enjoy the view while drinking.
