A constantly hard work leads to success

The winemakers on the estate are constantly working to perfect the gifts that have been provided by the soil in order to develop a high-quality wine product. Traditional soil cultivation methods are used to protect the natural ecosystem of the land. Along with this, other sustainable farming practices are used including organic fertilizing, autumn subsoiling, controlled weeding and a low planting density. The microclimate of the area is highly influence by the surrounding Lake Geneva the moderates the temperatures. The climate is hot in summer and harsh in winter with an average annual temperature of 10 degrees Celsius.

The vineyards largely benefit from the long sunny days, which they receive hanks to the orientation of the slopes on which the vines are planted.
