Good wine is no coincidence; good wine must be carefully planned. A wine can only ever be as good as the grape it comes from. From this insight arises a clear objective: the production of perfectly ripe, healthy grapes. We subordinate all of our work in the vineyard to this philosophy — beginning with severe pruning, targeted fertilization only where necessary, canopy management at the right time, green harvesting or cluster thinning when needed, and exclusively hand harvesting carried out in several passes.
Harvesting is followed by gentle processing in the cellar and maturation in either oak or stainless steel barrels.
For the discerning winemaker, there is probably no such thing as a perfect wine. There is always one aspect that could be refined further. We devote our special attention to improving every detail. It is this ambition to strive for perfection that makes our wines what they are.
In addition to well-structured white wines, we are also renowned for our Crémant and our “Ma Tâche” Pinot Noir.
In addition to the tours offered here, you are warmly invited to relax in our wine tavern and enjoy a glass or two.
