Our vineyards, established in 1939 by our grandfather Mario, are situated on land reclaimed from the lagoon. Here, the gentle sea breeze carries the scents of artemisia, while the sounds of geese, herons, ducks, and ibises fill the air. The wines produced from these grapes reflect the minerality and character of this remarkable landscape.
Your visit begins with a tour of our vineyards, where we practice sustainable agriculture. During the harvest season, you can taste the different grape varieties, allowing you to appreciate their flavors and recognize them in the final wines.

Write a reviewCantina La Frassina is a family-run business that produces wines that respect the aromas and characteristics of the vineyard. A philosophy that goes against the tendency to indulge or pimp, it highlights the verticality of the acidity and the typical flavour of the territory and the explosion of aromas in the glass. The Lia wine stands out, an ancestral method of glera with a bouquet of apple, pear, grapefruit and yeast. A prosecco that brings to the glass all the variety of glera, a delicate bubble in a "fatty" wine full of flavour and, personally, the best sur lie ever seen so far.

My Boyfriend and I visited La Frassina today, and we had a wonderful experience. Fillipo was incredibly friendly and approachable. He explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated extensive knowledge in his field. The tour itself was very interesting, offering a lot of insights and learning opportunities. During the wine tasting, we had the chance to sample several wines and directly compare different vintages of the same wine. It was fascinating to taste the differences. We have great respect for his great-grandfather's legacy! We ended up purchasing a few bottles, with prices for the younger wines ranging from €7.50 to €9.00 per bottle. We stopped by this winery out of curiosity and arrived just in time for the tour and tasting. Excellent and detailed explanations (not boring) about how the Frassina winery cares for the vines and makes the wine + a generous tasting complete with a drawing corner for the kids. Very friendly, excellent wine and quality/price of the tour and tasting!

Thank you for a fantastic time, Lucia. Not only are the grounds beautiful, open and rustic, but the wines were perfectly in line with our palate, especially their version of Prosecco, the fresh unoaked Chardonnay and their Lison. The wine tasting experience was like sitting and chatting with a friend. Mega recommend!
