We will tell you the story of our vineyards planted in this strip of land torn off from the lagoon in 1939 through the reclamation work of our grandfather Mario. Of the lagoon, which still surrounds it, you will be carressed by the salt air spring sea breeze that brings the scents of artemisia, the rustle of the marsh reeds and the verses of geese, herons, ducks and ibis that populate it. The vineyards that grow in this land, give back to the wine their richness In the glass we surprisingly recognize the marked minerality and scents with a pleasant contrast that makes them faithful witnesses of this territory.

Our proposal begins with a visit to the vineyard and the basis of our sustainable agriculture. In the month of the harvest, walking through the vineyards, we will taste the different grapes with the intention of savoring their tastes and then searching for them in the glass during the tasting.

The visit continues in the cellar with a brief description of the winemaking techniques and ends with the wine tasting.

The tasting includes 3 wines:

Lison DOCG 1 rosé and 1 red
