At Nuova Scuola, we believe it's time to break free from traditional wine norms and explore the exciting world of lesser-known varietals. Instead of the usual selections found in bottle shops, we invite you to taste locally grown versions of remarkable old-world grapes that have been cherished for centuries but often overlooked in Australia.

Our journey began with small batches of fruit sourced from local growers. This passion led us to acquire our own vineyard, where we now cultivate a diverse range of wines, including Sparkling Verdelho, Viognier, Maria Gomes, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, and Sangiovese. We are constantly experimenting with new varieties and styles to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Each grape variety is carefully selected for its suitability to Queensland's unique climate and soil, resulting in wines that are rich in flavor and texture. Join us in celebrating the potential of Australian wine and the incredible diversity it has to offer!
