The grapes were destemmed and macerated on the skins for two weeks. After fermentation, the wine was pressed and matured in oak barrels.
A traditional local variety from an old vineyard. Careful yield reduction has brought out its noble character, and after a year of maturation in French oak barrels, it remains attractively fruity with a smooth finish. Designed for long-term aging.
