Vinar Jiri Uherek

I create wines by variety, following the 4+1 Element cuvée concept. By combining traditional production methods with modern technologies, we carry the character of the vineyard, vintage, and grape variety into the wine. The winery is located in the heart of Slovácko – Podluží in Dolní Bojanovice.
The wines are made by cellar master Jiří Uherek, a graduate of Mendel University in viticulture and enology and the Winner of Winemaker of the year 2024. His aim is to maximize the potential of the vineyard and create wines with strong varietal character, often suitable for long-term aging. The wines are mainly intended for fine gastronomy, private clients, and premium wine shops.

The winery is housed in a new facility in the village of Sudoměřice.
My goal is to maximize the potential of the vineyard and create wines with a strong varietal character, often suitable for long-term aging. By combining traditional production methods with modern technologies, I carry the character of the vineyard, vintage, and variety into the wine. Today I produce wines I believe in and enjoy.
