Tasting Notes
A limpid, bright golden color. The nose has a minerality reminiscent of oyster shells. There are also flavors of peaches and citrus fruits. It is crisp with intense white peach flavors with a silken mouthfeel, and notes of gunflint lend appealing vivacity.
