Viticulture
San Luigi, official cru of the Dogliani D.o.c.g., in the municipality of Dogliani. Vineyards on the south-west side of our estate.
Vinification and Ageing
Harvest and alcoholic fermentation in September. Ageing for about a year from harvesting until ready for sale. The wine is not filtered.

Tasting Notes
The color is very intense with violet hues. The nose is typically fruity: cherry and red berries. The taste has good acidity with mild tannins.
