Dosaggio Zero Castellini

Franciacorta Dosaggio zero “Vintage ” is obtained from grapes grown and picked in best weather’s conditions. The Chardonnay grapes from ours oldest vineyards, undergo a soft pressing and make a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 7 months. A minimum of 30 months are spent in the bottle on the yeast to give an intense bouquet and complex aromas. Its sofisticated taste and bouquet make this wine perfect for the whole meal.
