Tasting considerations and pairings It is lively, sincere and rich: saffron honey, ripe yellow plums and toasted rosemary. In the mouth it is characterized by sapidity and good acidity. Wine with a solid alcoholic structure, excellent with grilled fried cod or even with a good pork butcher.
