L'Balordo Umbria Rosso IGT - Cantina del Colonna

Obtained from Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes grown in the hills of the Upper Umbrian Tiber Valley.
After maceration with the skins, the must begins the vinification in steel drums for about 7 months and ages for about 3 months in glass bottles.
Ruby red in colour, it is very reminiscent of the taste of red fruits and blueberries, ideal to accompany cured meats, aged cheeses, first courses, white and red meats and roasts.
Consume at a temperature of about 17°C.
