The Tribunale Umbria Rosso IGT - Cantina del Colonna

Obtained from specially selected Sangiovese and Canaiolo Nero grapes, grown in the hills of the Upper Umbrian Tiber Valley.
After maceration on the skins, the must begins the vinification in steel barrels for about 7 months, acquires character by aging for 12 months in oak barrels and completes the maturation for at least another 6 months in the bottle.
Ideal to accompany cured meats, well-aged cheeses, first courses, even with game sauces, red meats and stews or stews. Consume at a temperature of about 17°C.
