Tasting Notes
Deep color, with a violet tinge. Complex and intense aroma, highlighting the ripe black fruit together with balsamic aromas and spicy notes as a result of its maturation in the oak. In the mouth, it is firm and concentrated, with balanced acidity, and ripe tannins rightly involved in its body and volume. The aftertaste is long and persistent. Perfect match with fine meats, game, and strong and intense cheeses. Open 1 hour before serving. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
