Jocu Nero d'Avola is a full-bodied, expressive red wine made from the iconic Sicilian Nero d'Avola grape. The wine is crafted with care and tradition, beginning with a maceration of the grape skins for at least 15 days, allowing for the extraction of deep color and rich aromas. Indigenous yeasts are used throughout the fermentation process, ensuring a natural and authentic expression of the grape and terroir. After fermentation, Jocu Nero d'Avola undergoes a slow and careful aging in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 18 months, followed by 2 months in bottle, which helps to refine its structure and smoothness.
