Vineyards:
Exposure: South/Southwest Altitude: 350 m above sea level. Soil: Mixed consistency with a slight tendency towards clay.
Vinification: De-stemming and soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation at 28/30°C, 20 days’ maceration on skins..
