Soil: Mixed consistency with a slight tendency towards clay.
Vinification: De-stemming and soft pressing, alcoholic
fermentation at 28/30°C, 12 days’ maceration on skins.

Intense ruby red. Elegant , fruity floral on the nose. Structured,
pleasantly fresh, spicy and savory on the palate.
Accompaniments: Extremely flexible wine. Red fruits and
freshness make it perfect as an opening wine for dinner or as
an all-around wine for lunch. Excellent with cured meats and cheeses , pasta with sauce and grilled meats.
