Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Beautiful freshness, rich and floral aroma with notes of white pulp fruit (golden and green apple), balsamic notes (pine and juniper) and white flowers; a soft and harmonious taste with a persistent and velvety aftertaste.
Food matches: ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, first courses, fish and light cheeses.
