The selection of grapes from Monte Pressoni is the foundation of Soave Classico Pressoni, a wine that embodies the traditional Soave style, showcasing high character and pleasantness just months after bottling. Write a reviewWe had a tasting at the beginning of March. We were a group of 10 people, five couples. We really enjoyed the entire history of the winery. Stephanie gave us a warm welcome and was well prepared both in terms of the winemaking process and the history and wines. She managed to immerse us in the story, well done. Personally, I didn't like the wines; I only liked the Valpolicella, but most of the group did. But the world of wine is very subjective, so don't judge my opinion of wine. But everything is beautiful; the tour was lovely. I would like to give one piece of advice: the placemats should be white; white is a neutral color and you can appreciate the shades and colors of the wines. To enhance the flavor of the wines, serve small pieces of cheese alongside the tarallini. A few varieties are enough, even to justify the price.

The only working winery in the historic center of Soave: a charming village between Vicenza and Verona. You absolutely have to book the visit to immerse yourself in the history of the area and taste excellent wines in the company of the cheerful and professional Stefanie! The chef Marco is attached to tradition but with beautiful innovative ideas... we will definitely be back!

We visited on a friday afternoon in September as part of a tour organized by Pagus Wine Tours. Our guide Stephanie was very informative and funny. They poured a sparkling, two still whites and a dessert wine. Cute cellars and anice spread of cheeses and snacks.

Enjoyed our afternoon in the coolness of the wine cellar that used to connect to the castello-sampling the wines and learning from Stefanie about the winery history and classification of Soave designation wines along w/meat and cheeses. Nice to have parking on site.
