Dry white wine; apple, peach, very fleshy wine, easily drinkable, our Solaris is macerated for 24 hours and has 7g of residual sugar left in it, so it is a wine on the verge of semi-dryness.
Last year's Solaris received a medal at EnoExpo in Krakow.
