The name TERRA MIJ, is coming from the the local dialect version of TERRA MIA (in English MY LAND) and has been chosen to bring the attention on two of the main Sacco Vignaioli Apuli’s values: deep immersion into our territory and great respect for the land that we have chosen to work and live in.
From Nero di Troia grapes, of course, dense reflection of this land of ours.
Tasting notes and pairing
This ruby red wine expresses a broad bouquet of red berry fruits (like cherries, black cherries, blackcurrant) and spices, like black pepper, with also black tea hints. Interesting its unique herbal and balsamic notes side, as well.
The mouthfeel is velvet and smooth, with soft tannins and a fresh and long finish. Great body and persistence, coherently with its variety Nero di Troia
