This dry red wine undergoes natural fermentation with long extraction and matures for at least 24 months in amphorae and new French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging. It showcases a light ruby color with a complex and refined aromatic profile of forest fruits, perfectly balanced with oak and amphora influences. The palate is round, with gentle and soft tannins, making it an elegant and sophisticated wine. Ideal with red meat, creamy spiced sauces, truffle risotto, and aged hard cheeses.
