Located at the gateway to Nemea, Domaine Bairaktaris is a modern winery dedicated to producing exceptional wines from the renowned Agiorgitiko grape. The Bairaktaris family has a long-standing tradition of vineyard cultivation, instilling a deep respect for the land and its produce in future generations. Vineyard Care and Cultivation

Domaine Bairaktaris spans 17 hectares, with 12 dedicated to red varieties and 5 to whites. About 85% of their grapes come from their own vineyards, while the remaining 15% is sourced from local growers, particularly for Moschofilero. The vineyards are strategically located across various microclimates, primarily on mountain slopes, ensuring optimal water drainage. This competitive growing environment, combined with deep root systems, results in lower yields but higher fruit quality. The Bairaktaris family emphasizes that meticulous vine care is essential for producing natural wines.

Modern Winery with Traditional Techniques

The winery features a welcoming reception area, a state-of-the-art production facility, and a cellar, all surrounded by the picturesque Agiorgitiko vineyards. The tasting room accommodates up to 50 guests, providing a space to savor their wines.
