An aged Rose in concrete tanks, unfiltered wine.
The grape is picked direct in the vineyard and put in a cold room for a night. The wine makes his fermantation in concrete tanks and then is unfiltered.The wine has a cherry pink colour with light coppery reflections.Note of plum, yellow peach and apricot then develps into saffron and candied orange. Paired with seafood fish and mature cheese.
