Grape is selected in the vineyard and let cool for a night in a cold room and then go into the press without destemming.The fermentation is in concrete tanks and the wine is unfiltered.
The wine has a straw yellow colour with green refelctions.Notes of peach and apricot on the nose that disappear later into saffron and light hydrocarbor.Fresh acidity and sapidity notes. Paired with mature cheese and seafood and fish.
