by Anadigna Winery · vintage 2021
Clean and bright. Straw yellow colour, with a medium greenish hue. Medium-high intensity, with aromatic herbs, balsamic, citrus and with a mineral and saline background. In the mouth it is fresh with a good acidity, citric, fatty, unctuous, lingering, with floral notes. The citric and balsamic notes reappear, long with an elegant final bitterness
