Viticulture
Selected pinot blanc- and sun-ripended golden-Goldmuskateller-prapes get blended to a sensational wine, which gets the best attributes from both grape-varieties!
Vinification
The wine gets partially fermented on the grape skins, after a certain time of maceration, to even increase the bloomy and fruity Bouquet and the intensiv golden-yellow colour.
Tasting Notes
The golden-yellow colour whets your appetite for a good and fruity glas of white wine!
The pinot blanc supplies a very fine acid and freshness to the „Weissgold“, while the Goldmuskateller brings along its mature, exotic aromas.
In the nose the Weißgold bringst to mind elderflower, litchi and pineapples. In the mouth the wine is full-bodied, fruity but not sweet (dry) with a fresh aftertaste.
Tasting Notes
We recommend the „Weissgold“ for Aperitif(ideal for mixing with mint and elderflower-sirup), for fish or seafood, but also for vegetarian or spicy dishes.
The „Weißgold“ is a very fruity, but dry wine (no residual sugar).
