Great tasting! Our guide Audrey was excellent. Super knowledgeable and passionate. We loved the single variety wines and the traditional wine making. The sustainable building was very thoughtful as well. We're excited to watch Pachem grow!

I tried different red wines made of local Priorat Garnatxa and Carinyena grapes and aged on oak French barrels, concrete vats and amphorae, and Toni, the cellar’s sommelier, explained its character and also shared the story behind this exceptional winery. Besides, the building is an state-of-art piece of Catalonia modern architecture.

What an amazing place! My wife and I much prefer to consume organic, biodynamically-farmed wines. Pachem takes their commitment to sustainability and natural wine production to a whole different level with the design of the winery itself. It was so neat to see how they keep the cellar cool without anything more than a water pump moving water twice a day between two "pools". We had a great experience here, and would love to visit again. The wines were vibrant and fresh with good acidity. Based on our tasting of many other Priorat wines during our time in Gratallops, Pachem is doing something different. Our tasting here was a welcomed break from the big, bold, tannic grenache/carignan wines that Priorat is well-known for.
