This experience is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy Umbria in an active, authentic way, bringing together cooking, wine, and landscape in one memorable day. We begin with a hands-on cooking class focused on traditional Umbrian recipes: you’ll roll up your sleeves, learn techniques and local secrets, and cook with seasonal ingredients sourced from nearby producers and, whenever possible, directly from our estate.
Then it’s time to move from the kitchen to the glass with a guided tasting of 5 organic wines, introduced step by step and paired with the dishes we’ve prepared together. This is where everything comes together: what you cooked becomes part of the tasting journey, and each pairing highlights the connection between flavors, aromas, and our terroir. To complete the experience, we’ll visit the vineyards and the cellar, discovering the story behind our fossil-rich soils, our work in the vines, and the sustainable farming approach that guides every choice—from caring for the land to winemaking.
