This beautiful winery is an amazing place to visit. They offer guided tours of the facilities and the opportunity to taste some of their wines. The tour begins with a visit to the vineyards. They are very proud of their organic approach to viticulture and are happy to explain all the processes they follow.
The tour then moves to the winery. The guide will explain the journey the grapes take from the vineyard to becoming wine. Here, you can observe each step and also learn about the history of the winery, as well as the Robles family. The final part of the tour is a wine tasting. You will be able to sample their award-winning organic fortified wines and gain insight into how this approach has truly contributed to the increased quality of the wines.

We were in Montilla for a few days and we wanted to stop by this highly prestigious winery. From the first moment they were very friendly, they showed us the facilities, a truck arrived with the grapes and we were able to see the process live. On the other hand, we were able to taste this great product that exceeded expectations (and they were high). We will definitely return, thank the entire team for their attention and hospitality. Last week, we shared Bodegas Robles with a lovely group of ten persons from the USA. It was a nice experience, as many of them are regulars to Napa Valley wineries and discussion on wines was fluid. Interestingly enough, Amontillado was the preferred choice for many of them. Thousand thanks to Eng. Thomas Warner, his wife and the group!
What a wonderful experience. Our guide/owner spoke English and Spanish and was engaging and knowledgeable. A true working winery but great fun and intimate. Had a wine tasting in the true wine cellar in the midst of hundreds of casks of wine. Best day in Spain for us.
