Join me, Paola, for a captivating 2.5-hour experience on the Royal Pallagrello Path. As the owner of our family farm, I will guide you through the breathtaking landscape while sharing insights about the unique geography and rich history of our winery. You’ll learn about the native Pallagrello grape variety and our dedication to sustainable agriculture and natural winemaking practices as we stroll through the vineyard.

During the tasting, you will enjoy three exquisite wines, each paired with delicious local bites. Depending on the weather, we can savor this experience outdoors or indoors. If you opt for the cheese and wine pairing, you’ll sample three locally produced cheeses, including the renowned buffalo mozzarella, a true highlight of Caserta's culinary scene.

After the tasting, we will visit the cellar, where you can gain further insights into our winemaking process and purchase your favorite wines to take home. Our setting is relaxed and welcoming, with friendly cats and dogs roaming the property. They may come to greet you, so be prepared for a little fur on your clothes. I recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for walking in the vineyard.
