The wine tours begin among the rows where you will be accompanied by the Costantini family, who will passionately tell the story of the particular terroir of the Castelli Romani and of their family; retracing all the major production phases (pressing,
vinification and refinement) walking inside the cellar, among the tanks and barrels, until reaching the cave dug into the tuff, ending the visit with a suggestive wine tasting.

During the tasting, you will taste a selection of wines that includes:
- Malvasia Spumante Brut
- Villa dei Preti Frascati Superiore DOCG
- La Torraccia Rosso Lazio PGI
- Cannellino di Frascati DOCG
Everything will be accompanied by pizza and a platter of cold cuts and cheeses
local.

This afternoon we did a wine tasting here. It was a great experience. They only do private tours, which makes it super personal. Sarah was the host, super sweet woman who could explain everything very well. Definitely worth every penny and recommended!

Tasting at the farm Held by Sara. Through her you can perceive the love and passion for this art. Very good and attentive wines. I will definitely return with friends. I felt at home! Everything wonderful

Absolutely a wonderful and personal experience. Went for our Honeymoon and Sara was so wonderful and knowledgeable. This place has such a historic and beautiful view, with an eclectic mix of wines. Could have not asked for a better experience and highly highly suggest it to those who love wine and history.
