The wine tours begin among the vineyard rows, where you will be accompanied by the Costantini Family, who, with passion, will share the story of the unique terroir of the Castelli Romani and their family tradition. You will retrace all the main stages of production (crushing, fermentation, and aging) while walking through the cellar, among tanks and barrels, until reaching the grotto carved into the tuff rock. The visit will conclude with an evocative wine tasting.

During the tasting, you will enjoy a selection of wines that includes:

Frascati DOC

Malvasia del Lazio IGP

Cesanese Rosso Lazio IGP

Passito Malvasia del Lazio IGP

All accompanied by pizza and a board of local cured meats and cheeses.

This afternoon we did a wine tasting here. It was a great experience. They only do private tours, which makes it super personal. Sarah was the host, super sweet woman who could explain everything very well. Definitely worth every penny and recommended!

We visited Villa Simone yesterday. Led by Sara, a very knowledgeable and attentive guide, we discovered their wine cellars and their magnificent cellar, where various wines are stored. The visit concluded with a tasting of four wines, accompanied by a pizza basket and local biscuits. We highly recommend a visit to Villa Simone to experience a very welcoming family business. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back!

Absolutely a wonderful and personal experience. Went for our Honeymoon and Sara was so wonderful and knowledgeable. This place has such a historic and beautiful view, with an eclectic mix of wines. Could have not asked for a better experience and highly highly suggest it to those who love wine and history.
