Conoce Tovar, Bodega de Bodegas. Un conjunto singular de bodegas unidas por un solo alma: el de su propietario Juan Carlos Prieto Tovar, al que acompañan en este sueño sus hijos Juan y María, y que armoniza mediante una experiencia única un viaje en el tiempo por las diferentes sisas y las historias que guardan, cómo se hacía el vino y las diferencias arquitectónicas en función de los recursos económicos de cada unidad familiar. Y es que por mucho que las diferenciara, siempre había algo que las unía: el vino.
Y como toda buena historia, bien empieza lo que bien acaba. Finaliza la visita con su rosado D.O. Cigales y Tinto Crianza de la Tierra de Castilla y León acompañado de alguna tapa de proximidad.

Raquel guided us, and unlike other tastings that focus more on explaining the process, she told us the story of her cellars, which we were able to explore and visualize much better what she was describing. As for the wine, it was exquisite, with particularly fruity flavors. It's a great activity to do in Trigueros, perfect to combine with a visit to the castle and a delicious meal at Raíces.

An incredible visit to a very unique and interesting winery. A charming place where you learn and enjoy yourself in equal measure. The visit is a journey back in time through the rural culture of winemaking. Raquel's explanation is superb, and her wines combine tradition and modernity with a perfect quality-price ratio. The place is exceptionally well-designed and restored so you can enjoy each and every cellar. An unmissable activity and highly recommended to complement your visit to the Enchanted Castle of Trigueros del Valle.

A perfect plan for a trip near Valladolid, suitable for all ages. The visit is very enjoyable, thanks to the explanations provided by the guide, who makes the tour of the winery very pleasant. It ends with a tasting of their three wines and some snacks. You can make reservations online, and they answered all our questions regarding opening hours and directions to the village. They also have a small shop where you can buy some of the wines from the tasting. We'll definitely be back!

A new and interesting experience. Highly recommended. We loved their wines (the red was sublime) and our guide, Raquel, a true professional, knowledgeable about her work, a good communicator, and also very entertaining, as she explained the history and workings of the winery in an engaging way, full of anecdotes.
