He is the happy child in his grandfather's winery, his parents teaching him farm work, his grandparents radiating affection and experience, instilling respect for the land, the vineyards, the varietal diversity, the heritage they represent, and the importance of wine and wineries. We are the children, Juan and María, sharing passions and rewriting the path.

Tovar, a winery steeped in tradition , boasts vineyards with stories planted by generations. Tovar embodies varietal and architectural diversity in its five underground cellars in Trigueros del Valle, both large and small, each with its own unique history.

A new and interesting experience. Highly recommended. We loved their wines (the red was sublime) and our guide, Raquel, a true professional, knowledgeable about her work, a good communicator, and also very entertaining, as she explained the history and workings of the winery in an engaging way, full of anecdotes.

My partner and I visited this winery and loved it. Raquel guided us, and unlike other tastings that focus more on explaining the process, she told us the story of her cellars, which we were able to explore and visualize much better what she was describing. As for the wine, it was exquisite, with particularly fruity flavors. It's a great activity to do in Trigueros, perfect to combine with a visit to the castle and a delicious meal at Raíces.

An incredible visit to a very unique and interesting winery. A charming place where you learn and enjoy yourself in equal measure. The visit is a journey back in time through the rural culture of winemaking. Raquel's explanation is superb, and her wines combine tradition and modernity with a perfect quality-price ratio. The place is exceptionally well-designed and restored so you can enjoy each and every cellar. An unmissable activity and highly recommended to complement your visit to the Enchanted Castle of Trigueros del Valle.

A perfect plan for a trip near Valladolid, suitable for all ages. The visit is very enjoyable, thanks to the explanations provided by the guide, who makes the tour of the winery very pleasant. It ends with a tasting of their three wines and some snacks. You can make reservations online, and they answered all our questions regarding opening hours and directions to the village. They also have a small shop where you can buy some of the wines from the tasting. We'll definitely be back!
