Your visit to Bodega El Fabulista begins with an introduction to the life and legacy of the renowned fable writer, Félix María de Samaniego. The tour takes you through the stunning estate, leading you to the underground cellars of the palace, where you will find four distinct wine cellars. One is dedicated to wine production, another for aging, and the remaining two are designed for wine tasting. As you arrive, you will witness the traditional grape crushing process in the outdoor troughs, followed by a look at the wine-making area and the aging section, culminating in the tasting area where you can savor the fruits of labor. This underground winery has been thoughtfully designed to engage visitors with insights into the history of the cellars and the traditional carbonic maceration wine-making process. The guided tour at Bodega El Fabulista offers a fascinating historical perspective of the region and a clear explanation of the entire wine production process, making it a must-visit for wine enthusiasts and history buffs alike.

The tour of the cellar in English was very good (hang on tight because he speaks quickly with a strong Spanish accent). The little tasting at the end of the visit was really worth it, we were no longer hungry afterwards! Nor thirsty. The wine is good

A small but charming winery. The tour was guided by a Bulgarian girl (sorry, I don't remember her name) and she explained everything perfectly, giving all kinds of details about the process of making her signature wines. You end up tasting wine in one of the underground tunnels with delicious cheese and chorizo. Totally recommended!

A visit to one of the most original wineries!! A traditional family-run winery with a lifetime of winemaking. The visit is fantastic, with lots of charm, in an underground winery and with a very endearing story!! It is definitely worth it and the wines are rich and very original!! Highly recommended!

The theater visit is recommended. I have visited many wineries and this small winery is special. The tunnels, the location in the community and the staged visit make it special and unique. Highly recommended.

An unusual winery! Paula explained the origins of the winery and how they make their wines in a completely traditional way. The underground structure is worth seeing, very different from other wineries. We really enjoyed the visit!
